Appeals

Everyone makes mistakes, including staff. If you think a punishment was unfair or you've learned from it, tell us.

Before you appeal

  1. Read the rules and find the one you were punished for.
  2. Wait at least 24 hours after the punishment before appealing.
  3. Be honest. Appeals that lie or blame others are denied.
  4. One appeal per punishment. Don't DM staff about it; you'll get a reply through the appeal.

Include in your appeal

  • Your Steam profile link or Steam64 ID
  • Your in-game name at the time
  • The date and the reason you were given
  • What happened, from your side
  • Why the punishment should be removed or reduced

Most appeals are reviewed within a few days. Permanent bans for cheating are not appealable.
